UK Machine Tools offers Laser Marking Machines for applications such as rotary marking of Tool Bits, Drills, Bearings, Gears, Saw Blades and “Marking on the Fly” for maximum production is possible.

  • Can mark flat or round components, using Diode pumped Nd:YAG lasers from 20-50-70-100W CW.
  • Lamp Pumped Nd :YAG lasers from 80-120W CW.
  • Or low power Co2 units of 10W CW - 25W CW for laser marking solutions on organic materials and plastics
  • Machines can be supplied with X , Y and W axes and the capability on some machines for marking on the fly.
  • Full software packages are available, for most applications.
